Keshawn “KKEEYZ” Keys is the next wave of R&B a powerhouse performer blending the soul of Stevie Wonder, the showmanship of Michael Jackson, and the edge of today’s trap-soul sound. Born to entertain, KKEEYZ started dancing at just three years old, mastering every Michael Jackson move he could find. By thirteen, he discovered his voice and he’s been turning heads ever since.
With a sound that fuses smooth vocals, live instrumentation, and undeniable charisma, KKEEYZ has made waves across Texas and beyond. He’s performed on Good Morning Texas, performed for artists and entertainers at the BET Experience, and even shared moments with artist Ambré, who personally took him out to dinner after being impressed by his talent.
A Booker T Washington Performing Arts school graduate, as well as a proud TBAAL alumni, now Berklee School of Music in Boston college attendee. KKEEYZ has led multiple shows under their banner, performed in front of the legendary Erykah Badu, and rocked stages from the Juneteenth Festival at Legacy Hall (hosted by Lady Jade and Michael Shawn) to countless other showcases — many of which he’s walked away from as a winner.
Now stepping fully into his own spotlight, KKEEYZ is embracing his individuality in the R&B world. His artistry and dedication have earned him features in both The Dallas Observer and Voyage Dallas Magazine, solidifying him as one of Dallas’ brightest rising stars.
When asked about his name, he laughs — “It just fits. It’s my last name, it’s music, it’s me. KKEEYZ — it was meant for a star.”
